Troubleshooting common installation issues

If your Android phone shows "Install blocked" after downloading the APK, you must enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings (Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps → select your browser → toggle Allow). Some Android versions hide this setting; search for "Unknown Sources" in your phone's Settings app. On iOS, if you cannot save kuskustoto to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that your iOS version is 12 or later. Restart Safari, revisit kuskustoto.id, and try again. If you see certificate warnings, do not tap Back—instead, tap "Details" and then "Visit this website." Our SSL certificate is valid; the warning is often a network-level interception that resolves when you proceed.

Data permissions and account security on kuskustoto

Our kuskustoto app requests internet access to connect to our servers, location permission (to enforce jurisdiction restrictions), camera permission (optional, for KTP photo uploads during identity verification), and storage permission (for APK updates and local cache). We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.3 and store personal information (name, email, payment details) in encrypted databases with restricted access.
